Fees are quoted per engagement and are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST in India, VAT in the UAE) unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are specified in your engagement letter.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for the website content is excluded. Liability under any engagement is limited as set out in the relevant engagement letter.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India for our Indian practice and the laws of the United Arab Emirates for our UAE practice, with disputes subject to the courts of Chennai or Dubai respectively.
